Shipping Conditions and Delivery Times

Shipping Area

Delivery is available within Germany, to the countries of the European Union (EU) listed below, to European non-EU countries, and to selected countries outside Europe.

European Union (EU)

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Europe (Non-EU)

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, United Kingdom, Iceland, Monaco, Moldova, North Macedonia, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia.

Outside Europe / Outside the EU

Greenland, United States of America (USA), Canada, Argentina.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €6.50 per order.

Deliveries abroad

• European Union & European non-EU countries: flat rate of €18.00 per order
• Outside Europe / outside the EU (Greenland, USA, Canada, Argentina): flat rate of €35.00 per order

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place as follows:

• within Germany: within 2–3 working days
• for deliveries abroad: within 5–7 working days

The delivery times apply after conclusion of the contract; in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction.

Different Delivery Times for Discounted Items

• Jewellery from discounted categories: for deliveries abroad within 6–12 working days
• Gold and silver jewellery from discounted categories: within Germany within 5–12 working days; in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction

Items with Different Delivery Times

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Notes

• No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
• For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and must be borne by the customer.
