Shipping Area

We deliver within Germany as well as to the countries of the European Union (EU) listed below, to European non-EU countries, and to selected countries outside Europe.

European Union (EU)

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Europe (Non-EU)

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, United Kingdom, Iceland, Monaco, Moldova, North Macedonia, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia.

Outside Europe / Outside the EU

Greenland, United States of America (USA), Canada, Argentina.

Shipping Costs

The stated shipping costs include the applicable statutory VAT.

Deliveries within Germany

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €6.50 per order.

International Deliveries

European Union and European non-EU countries: flat rate of €18.00 per order.

Outside Europe / outside the EU (Greenland, USA, Canada, Argentina): flat rate of €35.00 per order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product offer, delivery will take place within:

• Germany: 2–3 business days
• European Union and European non-EU countries: 5–7 business days
• Countries outside Europe (Greenland, USA, Canada, Argentina): 6–12 business days

Delivery periods begin after the conclusion of the contract. If advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after the date on which you issue your payment instruction.

Items with Different Delivery Times

If you order several items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Delivery Information

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These additional costs must be borne by the customer and are not charged by IONN Versand.
